Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Adna Farms. We are committed to delivering our farm-fresh avocados and cherimoyas from our trees to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Schedule & Handling

To ensure your fruit doesn't sit in a courier warehouse over the weekend, we follow a specific harvest and shipping cycle:

  • Harvest Days: We pick our fruit to order on harvest days (we will update per season

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days of being placed, depending on the harvest schedule and fruit maturity.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping: Because cherimoyas and ripe avocados are highly perishable, we recommend (and may require) 2-Day or Overnight shipping for certain zones.

  • Standard Shipping: Available for regions within a specific radius of the farm where transit does not exceed 3 days.

3. Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, Adna Farms only ships to the continental United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the perishable nature of our products.

4. Shipping Protection & Weather

Fresh fruit is sensitive to extreme heat and freezing temperatures.

  • Weather Delays: If extreme weather is forecasted in your area or along the shipping route, we may hold your shipment for a few days to protect the quality of the fruit. We will notify you via email if this occurs.

  • Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking link to ensure someone is available to bring the fruit indoors immediately upon delivery.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. Adna Farms is not responsible for spoiled fruit due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts where the package is left in the sun or cold.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Adna Farms is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier. However, we want you to have a great experience. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us at adnafarms@gmail.com within 24 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim.
